If you’re reading our blog, chances are you hadn’t even been born for the 1983 release of Pylon‘s sophomore album, Chomp.
We were crawling around in diapers sans mustache and had not yet had access to our first Fisher Price record player ... so we’re pretty psyched that the nice people at DFA Records are re-releasing it!
Over a quarter century later no one would be surprised if this was a contemporary DFA release with a sound that manages to weave between disco, dance beats and jagged jerky punk riffs.
