In anticipation of their self titled debut EP, out January 19, 2010 on Fool’s Gold records, Telephoned dropped a shiny new mix tape aptly named Off The Hook ... and that’s just what it is! Off the hook!
We’ve been listening on repeat and TOTES just got heckled by a stranger for singing along out loud on the subway! Woops!
Telephoned is one part Sammy Bananas (producer/DJ/man often seen wearing a larger than life banana costume) and vocalist Maggie Horn. Though the duo is Brooklyn based they have a sound that’s going to feel right at home where ever you are because they’ve curated just the right songs to cover make their own.
