Our official after party for the W Hotel‘s mixer kicks off at 11:30PM at Ella!
Before that you can catch the Classixx at the laid back Oasis Living Room Lounge while enjoying one of the W’s signature cockatails! Doors for this event open at 8PM at The W Hotel’s 49th street location. (map link)
Barely into their twenties, Classixx have begun defining a new sound for the Los Angeles electronic music scene.
A refreshing change from the trance and techno-inspired Electro that has been dominating dance floors, their Donna Summer-esque grooves have caught the ears of music aficionados, fans and artists alike.
Their recent remixes for groundbreaking artists such as Drop The Lime, Mayer Hawthorne, Phoenix, The Ting Tings, and The Sounds have been some of our personal favorites of 2009. In fact we played their “Devils Eyes” remix on repeat ALL summer!
